A small glimpse of a challenging project: boost SoSpare presence on the web and their clients database.
SoSpare is a company who's main service is selling industrial machinery pieces from a factory to another as fast as possible. Since factories tends to be "blocked" for multiple days if one of the machines isn't working, this service is welcomed by the industry. Unfortunately SoSpare is a relatively new company that needs to acquire some space in the market.

My role in this project was centred on the user flow, How to get the future customer to take contact with SoSpare and buy or sell a piece?
Firstly: the known user flows had a lot of ... wel ... flaws

Two personas were created, and for them two new user flows

Secondly: the CEO of SoSpare wanted to keep the selling and buying interaction as human and personalized as possible. The process will not be automated and everything will pass by a few phone or in-person exchanges
Thirdly: the company budget being pretty low, the website should be doable in any free or low cost platforms, Wordpress for example
Taking all of this into account me and my teammate (mostly me, let's be honest here!) created a functioning wireframe: ("Home" and "Find an item" pages below)

Lastly: the project is ... a speed-run.
We only had three days to study the current situation of the company, create a communication strategy, create a new user flow and redo the company website with it's new graphic guidelines...
We didn't do everything, as you can see, as a group, we stopped at the wireframe...
But I didn't !
Yes, I tried my best to keep going touched to the UI Design of the website using the Design guidelines and other elements we were given
